What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Lost?

- For lost packages, we'll investigate with the carrier within 5-10 business days
- If we confirm the loss or damage was not your fault, we'll replace your order at no charge
- If the carrier is at fault, we'll pursue a claim and expedite a replacement
